After sanding, we applied Berger Seidle's premium products – SOLVSEAL UNIQUICK PRIMER and Aqua Seal EcoGold. The primer provided a solid foundation, enhancing adhesion and ensuring a flawless finish. Paired with Aqua Seal EcoGold, the highest quality water-based lacquer, the floors were protected against future damage, perfect for high traffic areas like hallways.
